Trust Administration
Once a trust has been drafted the assets it refers to need to be put into the name of the Trustees of the trust. If you set up a trust and do not fund it the directions you put into your trust will be useless because there is nothing in it. Trust administration assists the trustees of the trust in not only placing the assets into the name of the Trustees of the trust, but it also assists in the administration of a trust after your death.
There are also many trusts that are set up to for beneficiaries that need to be administered immediately upon creation in order to comply with the provisions of the trust. Administration of a trust can be complicated. Trustees can feel overwhelmed with the rules and may hire a trust administrator to assist. Usually trust administration is paid for by the trust assets and not the Trustee themselves.
